2, check the motor appearance crack, all fastening screws and parts are complete, the fixed condition of the motor are in good condition.

3, check the motor drive mechanism work is reliable.

4, according to the data shown in nameplate, such as voltage, power, frequency, coupling, rotating speed and power supply, if load is consistent.

5, check the ventilation conditions and bearing lubrication condition of motor is normal.

6, flipping the motor shaft, check the rotor can free rotation, rotation has no noise.

7, to check the motor brush and brush lifting mechanism is flexible assembly, for the location of the brush handle is correct.

8, check electrical grounding device is reliable.
